Your brain isn't the
problem. The system
around it is.
ADHD performance coaching for students doing A-levels, at university, and
everything in between, and for parents who want to help them get there.
Does this sound familiar?
You can focus for five hours on something you love, and five minutes on the thing that's actually due.
You're clever, but your grades don't show it, and everyone keeps reminding you.
Essays get started at 11pm the night before. Every time.
"Just try harder" makes you want to scream because you are trying.
Revision plans that work for your friends fall apart for you within a week.
If you're nodding, this is for you. Not another lecture, not another planner. A way of working that actually fits your brain, from someone who gets it.

Charlotte gets it,
because she's lived it.
Charlotte spent years as a competitive tennis player and a decade leading teams in demanding corporate roles before she was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult — and finally understood why the "normal" way of doing things had never quite worked.
She's not going to hand you a planner and wish you luck. Coaching draws on the same performance psychology elite athletes use: work out how your brain actually operates, then build everything around that.

Not more willpower.
Better systems.
Start without the panic
Tools to beat the blank page and the 11 pm scramble, so getting going stops being the hardest part.
Revision that stick
Study systems built for an ADHD brain instead of against it, so the effort you put in actually shows up.
Time you can feel
Practical ways to work with time blindness rather than losing to it; deadlines that stop ambushing you.
Confidence that's earned
Progress you can see, session by session, so "I'm lazy" stops being the story you tell yourself.
Three steps, no
pressure.
Discovery Call
A free, relaxed 30-minute chat. For under-18s, a parent joins; for university students, it's just you (unless you'd like someone there). We work out what's going on and whether coaching is a fit.
Coaching Programme
Usually 6-18 sessions, online, starting weekly. We map how your brain works and build study and life systems around it - around exams, deadlines and real life.
Ongoing Support
Session summaries and check-ins between calls, so the systems actually stick. The goal is simple: you not needing a coach.
FUNDING
At university? Your
coaching may be
funded.
Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA) can cover ADHD study support and coaching for eligible university students in the UK, often at no cost to you. If you're applying for or already have DSA in place, I can work with that. For A-Level students and others, programmes are tailored, and pricing is discussed on your discovery call.

Questions parents & students ask
Do we need a formal ADHD diagnosis?
No. Many students start coaching while awaiting assessment or after self-identifying. You don't need a diagnosis to benefit from understanding how your brain works.
Is this therapy?
No. It's forward-looking and practical. We build systems and skills, not process the past. If therapeutic support is a better fit, I'll say so and help you find the right person.
How involved are parents?
For under-18s, parents are involved throughout the process.
Can it fit around exams?
Yes. Sessions are flexible around exam seasons, coursework deadlines and term times; that's often when it helps the most.
Is it online?
Yes. All sessions are via video call (Zoom), so location is never a barrier. I work with students across the UK and internationally.

Whether you're a student who's had enough of "try harder", or a parent
