3. Discovery Calls & Booking

We offer free discovery so you can learn more about our coaching services and decide if they are the right fit for you. Discovery calls can be booked via Calendly on our website. There is no obligation to proceed with coaching following a discovery call.

4. Coaching Sessions

All coaching sessions take place via Zoom. For the best experience, we recommend joining from a quiet space with a stable internet connection and minimising distractions during the session.

Session details, including duration, frequency, and pricing, will be discussed and agreed upon during or following your discovery call.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a coaching session. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full. Where sufficient notice is given, every reasonable effort will be made to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

6. Payment

Payment terms and methods will be agreed before coaching begins. Payments are not processed through our website. All payment arrangements will be communicated to you directly.
