I spent years competing at a high level in tennis before building a decade-long career in corporate leadership. I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, and suddenly, everything made sense.
The combination of corporate strategy, elite sport and ICF certification directly shapes how I coach. I'm based in London and work with clients across the UK and internationally; executives, athletes, founders and organisations rethinking how they support neurodivergent talent.
My methodology combines sports performance psychology, accredited ADHD coaching, and real-world corporate experience. It's structured, evidence-based, and built for people who want results. ADHD+ is the platform I wish had existed when I got my diagnosis.
ICF - ACC (International Coaching Federation) is the gold standard in professional coaching accreditation. PAAC (CACP) certified specialist ADHD coaching competence. Both require supervised practice hours, ongoing professional development, and adherence to ethical standards.
This matters because the ADHD coaching space is unregulated; anyone can call themselves an ADHD coach.
ADHD+ isn't a coaching practice with a website. It's a platform being built to serve ADHD brains at every level - individuals through coaching, organisations through training and eventually through AI-powered tools and a global content engine.
